Frequently asked questions
Do I need to print my tickets?
No. Mobile tickets are accepted at all three attractions — a screenshot or live QR code on your phone is sufficient.
Can I use the three attractions on different days?
The Wings of Time ticket is open-dated, so you can reserve your show date after purchase. However, the Cable Car round-trip pass must be used on the same day, and SkyHelix is also date-specific. Plan to use the Cable Car and SkyHelix on the same day.
What happens if I miss my reserved Wings of Time show time?
Once you reserve a date and time, the ticket is considered used. Rescheduling is not permitted, and a ticket not used at the reserved time will expire — so choose your slot carefully.
Is there a minimum height for SkyHelix?
Yes. Guests must be at least 1.05 metres tall. Children between 1.05 m and 1.2 m, or aged 12 and under, must be accompanied by a supervising adult. The ride is not suitable for expectant mothers or guests with limited mobility or a fear of heights.
What is the last entry time for the Cable Car?
Last admission is at 21:30. Check the official Singapore Cable Car website for the exact operating hours and any closure dates before your visit.
Are children admitted free to Wings of Time?
Children under 4 years old are admitted free of charge, though they may not receive a separate seat during busy periods.
