Do I need to print my tickets, or is my phone enough?
Your phone is all you need. Mobile tickets are accepted at all four attractions — just show the QR code at each entrance.
Can I visit all four attractions on the same day?
Universal Studios Singapore and the Cable Car are open-dated, so you can spread visits across different days. The Cable Car round-trip pass must be used within the same day once activated. Wings of Time requires you to reserve a specific date and time slot, and SkyHelix is date-specific — plan accordingly.
What happens if I reserve a Wings of Time slot and can't attend?
Once you reserve a date and time for Wings of Time, the ticket is considered used. Rescheduling is not permitted, and unused tickets at the reserved time will expire — so only reserve when you're confident of attending.
Is there a height restriction for SkyHelix?
Yes. Riders must be at least 105 cm tall. Children between 105–120 cm or aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult. The ride is not suitable for pregnant women or those with a fear of heights or limited mobility.
Are children free for any of the attractions?
Children under 4 years old are admitted free of charge at Universal Studios Singapore and Wings of Time. Note that during peak periods, children under 4 at Wings of Time may not receive a separate seat.
Where do I find the latest opening hours before I visit?
Opening hours and closure dates can change. Check the official website of each attraction before your visit — Universal Studios Singapore opens from 11:00 AM (hours vary by day), and the Cable Car's last admission is 9:30 PM.
