Do I need to print my ticket?
No — your mobile ticket is accepted at both venues. Simply show it on your phone at the cable car station and again at Mega Adventure Park.
Can I do the cable car and MegaZip on the same day?
Yes, and you must — the cable car round-trip pass is valid for the day of use only. Plan to use both elements on the same visit.
What are the weight and height limits for the MegaZip?
Riders must weigh between 30 kg and 140 kg and be at least 90 cm tall to ride unaccompanied. Children under 30 kg can still participate on a tandem ride with an adult.
What time should I arrive to fit both activities in?
Mega Adventure Park operates from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily, and the cable car's last admission is 9:30 PM. Arriving at Faber Peak in the late morning gives you comfortable time for both. Check the cable car's official website for any closure dates before you visit.
Can I participate if I'm pregnant or have a medical condition?
Participation in the MegaZip is not permitted if you are pregnant, have a relevant medical condition, or are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication. All riders must also be able to fit safely into the harness.
Is there a private event closure I should know about?
Mega Adventure Park will close at 5:00 PM on 1 December 2025 for a private event. If you are visiting on that date, plan to arrive early enough to complete the MegaZip before closing time.
