Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Your mobile ticket can be presented directly on your phone screen at both Madame Tussauds and Skyline Luge — no printing needed.

Can my young child ride the luge?

Children aged 6 and over who are at least 110 cm tall may ride the luge independently. Children under 6 or below 110 cm can ride in tandem with a full-paying adult aged 17 or over. For the Skyride, the minimum height to ride with an adult is 85 cm, and 135 cm to ride alone.

Are there any health restrictions for the luge or Skyride?

Guests with heart conditions, back problems, motion sickness, epilepsy, or vertigo, and expectant mothers, are not permitted on either the luge or Skyride. Please check with your doctor if you are unsure.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

In extreme weather conditions, the luge and Skyride may be temporarily suspended for safety. Madame Tussauds and Images of Singapore are indoors and unaffected by weather.

Can I visit both attractions on the same day in any order?

Yes — the combo ticket is valid for both venues on the same day and there is no fixed order. Most visitors start at Madame Tussauds and then head to Skyline Luge.

Are senior tickets available online?

Senior tickets for Madame Tussauds Singapore are not available for online purchase. Seniors should pay directly at the venue on arrival.

Senior tickets cannot be purchased online — seniors must pay at the Madame Tussauds entrance on the day.

Luge riders must be at least 6 years old and 110 cm tall to ride unaccompanied; tandem riding with an adult is available for younger or shorter children.
