Frequently asked questions
Do I need any skydiving experience beforehand?
None at all. Your certified instructor covers everything you need in a short training session before you enter the tunnel.
Can children take part?
Yes — participants must be at least 7 years old. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or bring a signed parental waiver and a copy of their ID or passport.
Are there weight or height restrictions?
If you are under 180 cm tall, your weight must not exceed 120 kg. If you are 180 cm or taller, the limit is 140 kg.
Who cannot participate?
Pregnant women and anyone with a history of shoulder dislocations, back or neck injuries, or heart problems are not permitted to fly. Hard casts and alcohol consumption on the day also disqualify participation.
Can I transfer my skydive to a friend if I can no longer attend?
No — skydives are non-transferable and must be completed by the booked participant.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your mobile ticket is accepted at the venue — simply show it on your phone at check-in.
