Do I need to visit attractions in a set order?

No. You can visit the five included attractions in any order you like. The nine-day validity period begins the moment you redeem the pass at your first attraction.

Do I need to make reservations in advance?

Some attractions require timed-entry reservations. You can manage these directly through the My CityPASS app once you have your pass — it is worth booking slots before your trip, especially in peak season.

Is a printed ticket required, or can I use my phone?

Mobile tickets are accepted. Download the My CityPASS app and access your pass digitally — no printing is necessary.

Can I cancel my booking if my plans change?

Please check the cancellation terms shown at checkout, as these depend on the ticket type selected and the date of travel.

Are the included attractions guaranteed, or can they change?

The attraction line-up is subject to change without notice. The Space Needle and Seattle Aquarium are confirmed inclusions; the three choice attractions are drawn from a set list that may be updated by the operator.
