How to redeem
Sanroku Station (Ropeway Base Station), 4th Floor Ticket Counter, Fushimi 5-chome 3-7, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido
- 1Make your way to Sanroku Station — a free shuttle bus runs from Tram Ropeway Entrance Station (check the official timetable at mt-moiwa.jp). On arrival, go to the 4th Floor Ticket Counter and present your QR code to collect your round-trip tickets.

- The ropeway and mini cable car will be closed for maintenance from 1 April to 23 April 2026.
- Operating hours vary by season and may change due to weather or maintenance — check mt-moiwa.jp before you visit.
- Both services run every 15 minutes; the ropeway ride is approximately 5 minutes, the mini cable car approximately 10 minutes.
- Redeem your QR code at the 4th Floor Ticket Counter at Sanroku Station before boarding.
- A free shuttle bus connects Tram Ropeway Entrance Station to Sanroku Station — check the timetable online in advance.
