Counters are located outside the security area — collect before you pass through security on arrival. Return the device to the same counter before you begin check-in on your departure day.

Frequently asked questions
Does the booking name need to match the person collecting the device?
Yes. The booking must be made in the name of the person collecting the WiFi unit, as a passport check is carried out at the counter.
What happens if I use more than 3GB in one day?
Your connection continues but at reduced speeds for the rest of that day. The full 3GB high-speed allowance resets automatically the following day — there are no extra charges.
Can I return the device at a different airport if I'm not flying home from New Chitose?
Yes. Drop-off counters are available at Narita (Terminals 1, 2 and 3), Haneda (Terminals 2 and 3) and Kansai International Airport. Check the operating hours for each terminal before you travel.
Will connecting five devices slow things down?
The device supports up to five connections, but speeds may reduce when more than three devices are connected at the same time.
Do I need to return the device before checking in for my flight?
Yes. The pickup and drop-off counters are outside the security area, so you must return the device before proceeding to check-in.
Which rental lengths are available?
You can rent for four, five, six or seven days. Select your preferred option when booking.
