When does the pass start — do I have to activate it on a specific date?

No. The pass is not activated until you choose to use it. Once you redeem it for the first time at an attraction, it becomes valid for the number of consecutive calendar days you purchased — so you control the start date.

Do I need to print anything, or is my phone enough?

Your phone is all you need. The pass is entirely digital and managed through the Go City app. Show the app screen at each attraction to gain entry.

Can I visit the same attraction more than once?

Each attraction included in the pass can typically be visited once per pass. Check the Go City app or digital guidebook for any attraction-specific terms.

Do I need to book time slots in advance for the attractions?

Some attractions require advance reservations even with the pass. The Go City app lets you check which venues need pre-booking and make those reservations directly.

Does the pass cover all 30 attractions every day, or does it change by day count?

All 30 attractions are available across every pass option. The day count simply determines how many consecutive days you have to visit them.

What happens if an attraction is closed on a day I plan to visit?

Individual attraction opening hours and closures are outside the pass operator's control. The Go City app and digital guidebook list current hours — it's worth checking ahead for each venue you plan to visit.
