How does the pass get activated?

The pass activates the first time you use it at an attraction. From that moment, it is valid for the number of consecutive calendar days you selected — so choose your start day carefully.

Do I need to visit attractions in a set order?

No. You can visit any included attraction in any order during your valid pass days, subject to availability and any advance reservations required by individual venues.

Can I visit the same attraction more than once?

The pass generally allows one visit per attraction. The hop-on hop-off trolley is an exception — it is included for two days as stated.

Do I need to print anything?

No. The pass is entirely digital. Download the Go City app, load your pass, and present your phone at each venue.

How accurate is the 'up to 50% savings' claim?

The percentage savings are based on sample itineraries published on the Go City website. Your actual saving will depend on which attractions you visit and the pass length you choose.

What if an attraction requires a reservation?

Some venues within the pass require you to book a time slot in advance. The Go City app lets you make these reservations and shows which attractions need them before you visit.
