Do I need to print my ticket?

No. A mobile ticket on your phone is accepted — simply show your confirmation at the transfer pick-up point.

What does the transfer include, and where does it depart from?

A shared round-trip transfer is included in the price. Your confirmation will specify the Rotorua departure point and the time you need to be there for your chosen slot.

Which start time should I choose — 6:15 PM or 7:30 PM?

Both slots cover the same full experience. The 6:15 PM option suits those with an earlier dinner preference or an early next-day start; the 7:30 PM slot works well if you want more of the afternoon free.

My child is under 5 — do they need a ticket?

Children under 5 enter free of charge, but no seat will be reserved and dinner will not be provided for them. You are welcome to share food from your own plate.

Is the dinner suitable for dietary requirements?

The menu is a seasonal hāngī-style feast prepared by Maori chefs. Contact the operator after booking to discuss specific dietary needs.

Can I cancel if my plans change?

Please check the cancellation policy shown at checkout. Standard booking terms apply, and the policy will be confirmed in your booking summary.
