Do I need to print my ticket, or is a mobile ticket accepted?

A mobile ticket displayed on your phone is accepted. You can also print it if you prefer — either way, you must show valid original ID matching the name on the ticket.

My child is under 18 — do I still need to book a ticket for them?

Children under 18 enter free of charge. Check at the entrance whether a separate (free) ticket needs to be reserved in advance or whether they simply accompany you.

I'm an EU citizen under 26. How do I get the reduced price?

The reduced rate for EU visitors under 26 is available directly on the supplier's website. You will need to show proof of age and EU citizenship at the entrance.

Is Palazzo Barberini accessible for visitors with disabilities?

Yes. Visitors with disabilities are admitted free of charge, and one companion accompanying them also enters free. Contact the palace in advance if you have specific accessibility requirements.

Where exactly is the entrance?

The entrance is at Serre Barberini, Via delle Quattro Fontane 13, in central Rome. The palace is a short walk from the Barberini metro station (Line A).
