Do I need to buy a gondola ticket separately?

Yes. The Skyline Gondola pass is not included and must be purchased at your own expense. One gondola pass covers a return ride — if you choose to hike down instead, no refund is given for the unused return leg.

How early do I need to arrive at the Treehouse?

Check in at least 15 minutes before your tour. Factor in 40–60 minutes to travel up by gondola, so plan to leave the base station well in advance.

Are there weight or age restrictions?

Children aged five and under cannot participate. Those aged 14 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult. Guests under 30 kg may zip tandem with a guide. Guests over 125 kg are not permitted to take part.

What happens if the weather is bad?

In cases of extreme weather, the activity may be cancelled for safety. If this affects your booking, please contact the operator directly for rebooking or refund options.

Can I join if I'm pregnant or have a heart condition?

Guests who are pregnant or have high blood pressure or heart disease are not advised to participate. Please consult your doctor before booking if you have any concerns.

Do I need to print my ticket?

A mobile ticket is accepted — simply present your booking confirmation at the Ziptrek Treehouse on arrival.

To get there, take the Skyline Gondola from its base station and exit left from the upper terminal — allow 40–60 minutes for the gondola journey. Alternatively, walk up via the Tiki Walking Trail and look for the Treehouse on the left as you reach the top.
