Your email confirmation serves as your booking reference. A mobile version on your phone should be sufficient, but carrying a printed copy is always a safe backup.

Are there age or weight restrictions I should know about?

Children aged 9 and under, and adults aged 66 and over, cannot participate in the zipline. Children aged 5 and under, and adults aged 66 and over, cannot join the sky bike. The maximum weight for both activities is 90 kg.

Do I have to do both the zipline and the sky bike, or can I choose just one?

The experience covers both activities. If you or a member of your group does not meet the eligibility requirements for one activity, the age and weight rules above will determine what is available to you on the day.

How long does the experience take?

The total duration is not specified in advance. Allow a comfortable amount of time and check with the operator on arrival for the current schedule.
