Frequently asked questions
Where does the tour pick me up from?
Shared transfers collect guests from hotels in Patong (8:00–8:15 AM / 1:00–1:15 PM) and Karon and Kata Beach (8:30–8:45 AM / 1:30–1:45 PM). If your hotel is outside these areas, contact the operator before booking to confirm availability.
What's the difference between the morning and afternoon tours?
Both tours visit exactly the same four sites in the same order. The morning tour departs earlier and ends around 2:00 PM; the afternoon tour departs after lunch and ends around 7:00 PM. Choose whichever fits your day better.
Is there a dress code I need to follow?
Yes. Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha both require covered shoulders, backs and knees. Bring a scarf or light layer to wrap around if your outfit doesn't already comply — entry may be refused without appropriate cover.
Are children welcome, and is there a child price?
Children under 3 years join free of charge, though no seat will be reserved for them. Check the ticket options for any child pricing that may apply to older children.
Can I cancel if my plans change?
Please check the cancellation policy shown on the booking page for this specific ticket, as terms vary. The policy will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Do I need to print my ticket?
A mobile ticket on your phone is sufficient — there is no need to print anything. Simply have your confirmation ready when the transfer collects you.
