Dolphins are wild animals and interactions vary each day — closeness cannot be guaranteed. However, the Wild Dolphin Guarantee means that if no swim takes place, you can rebook free of charge within the current season.

Can I touch the dolphins?

No. A strict no-touch policy is in place for the dolphins' protection. Your guide will brief you fully before entering the water.

How long does the experience last?

The activity runs for approximately 3 to 6 hours depending on dolphin sightings and behaviour on the day. Plan your morning accordingly.

Do I need snorkelling experience?

No prior snorkelling experience is needed, but you must be a basic swimmer. All gear is provided and your instructor will guide you throughout.

Children must be at least 6 years old to participate. Those under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 or over.

What is the cancellation policy?
