Frequently asked questions
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your mobile ticket is accepted at the door — simply show your booking confirmation on your phone.
Can Thai citizens book this ticket?
No. This ticket is not available to Thai citizens and is intended for foreign visitors only.
What is the difference between Deluxe and VIP seating?
Both tiers are inside the same 1,000-seat Colosseum-inspired theatre. VIP seats offer a premium position in the auditorium. Check the comparison table on this page for a side-by-side view.
Is this suitable for children?
Children are welcome but must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times. Children under 120 cm in height may attend free of charge but must share a seat with a paying adult. Children 120 cm and above are charged the adult rate.
How early should I arrive before the show?
We recommend arriving at least 20–30 minutes before your chosen showtime to collect your seats and settle in comfortably.
Which showtime should I choose?
All three showtimes (18:00, 19:30 and 21:00) feature the same production. The 18:00 slot suits early diners, while 21:00 works well if you prefer a later evening out.
