Do I need to print my ticket, or is a mobile ticket accepted?

A mobile ticket displayed on your phone screen is accepted at the entrance. You do not need to print anything.

Where exactly do I enter the museum?

Use Entrance A (Entrée Réservée) on the Rue de la Légion d'Honneur side of the building. This is the dedicated lane for pre-booked tickets.

Can I bring a large bag or suitcase?

Large bags are not permitted inside the museum. Luggage up to 60 × 40 cm may be stored in the on-site cloakroom.

Does the ticket include temporary exhibitions?

Access to temporary exhibitions is included where available, but is subject to capacity on the day.

Is entry free for children or other visitors?

Children under 18 and EU residents under 26 enter free with valid ID. Disabled visitors and one companion, jobseekers, and Pass Éducation holders also receive free entry. All visitors enter free on the first Sunday of every month.
