Where exactly do I enter the museum?
Use Entrance A (Entrée Réservée) on the Rue de la Légion d'Honneur side of the building. This is the dedicated lane for pre-booked tickets.
Can I bring a large bag or suitcase?
Large bags are not permitted inside the museum. Luggage up to 60 × 40 cm may be stored in the on-site cloakroom.
