Are the 'Meet the Keepers' sessions in English?

The keeper talks are conducted in French. They run for around 15 minutes and cover turtles (11:30), orangutans (14:45), tapirs (15:30) and red pandas (16:15) on Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays and every day during school holidays.

Is the zoo accessible for wheelchair users?

Visitors with disabilities and one accompanying carer can enter free of charge with valid proof of disability. For specific accessibility queries, we recommend contacting the venue directly before your visit.

Can children visit without an adult?

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. One adult may accompany up to six children. Children under 3 enter free.
