Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your ticket is a mobile QR code. Simply present it on your phone at the park entrance and again at the SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™ gate. We recommend screenshotting it in case of poor signal.
Can I enter SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™ more than once?
No — your timed entry allows one visit only. Re-entry is not permitted, so plan to spend as much time as you'd like during your single visit.
What time slots are available for SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™?
Three entry times are currently offered: 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, and 1:30 PM. You select your preferred slot at the time of booking.
I'm buying tickets for a group. Do we all start on the same date?
Yes. When multiple tickets are purchased in a single booking, the start date applies to all tickets in that order.
Is this ticket available to Japanese citizens?
No. The Have Fun in Kansai component of this pass is not available for purchase or use by Japanese nationals.
How long is the Have Fun in Kansai pass valid for?
The pass activates the first time you scan it at a participating attraction or facility and remains valid for seven consecutive days from that point.
