Important to know
- Entry is refused for anyone with tattoos, including temporary tattoos — no exceptions.
- Bathing areas and saunas are separated by gender.
- Children under 6 must purchase their ticket at the venue; they must be accompanied by an adult throughout.
- Children under 16 require adult supervision after 7:00 PM; those under 18 after 10:00 PM.
- Guests shower before entering any bath — this is standard onsen etiquette.
- Swimwear is not worn in the traditional bathing pools.
