If starting from Kaiyukan, head to Kaiyukan West Pier at 1 Chome-5 Kaigandori, Minato Ward. If starting from USJ, board at the Universal Studios Japan pier. Both are signposted from the main attraction entrances.

How long does the crossing take?

Each one-way trip takes approximately 10 minutes.

Can the ferry be cancelled on the day?

Yes. The service may be suspended due to adverse weather or sea conditions, and all sailings are cancelled on days when both USJ and Kaiyukan are closed.

What is the ticket policy for young children?

Children aged two and under travel free of charge. Children aged 3–6 (preschool) have a dedicated reduced fare, which you can select when booking.
