When does my pass validity period start?
The moment you click the activation link on your voucher. Do not tap it until you are ready to use the pass — once activated, the countdown begins immediately.
Can I use a screenshot of the pass at attractions?
No. Each venue and transport gate requires the live digital ticket displayed on your phone. Screenshots are not accepted, so ensure your device is charged and connected to the internet.
What happens if my phone runs out of battery or breaks?
If your device is lost, malfunctioning, or out of power, you will be unable to use the pass and refunds cannot be provided. Carry a portable charger as a precaution.
Can I use the pass to travel from Kansai Airport into the city?
No — the pass is not valid for first use on the Nankai Line from Kansai Airport Station. Arrange separate transport into Osaka before activating your pass.
How is a 'day' counted for the pass?
Each day runs from 3:00 AM to 2:59 AM the following morning. If you first use the pass between midnight and 2:59 AM, that window counts as day one.
Are all 40 attractions guaranteed to be open during my visit?
Opening times and available facilities can change due to public holidays, temporary exhibitions, maintenance, or seasonal closures. Check the official facility list at osaka-amazing-pass.com before your trip.
