Frequently asked questions
Do I have to visit the aquarium first, or can I start at any attraction?
You can start at any of the participating venues — the pass activates on the date of your first scan, wherever that takes place. The five-day validity window begins from that moment.
Can I visit the same attraction more than once?
No. Each facility allows one entry per QR code, so each of your five chosen venues can only be visited once.
How do I choose my four additional attractions?
The full list of 21 eligible attractions is available on the official JTB TokuToku page (linked in your booking confirmation). Review opening hours and closure dates on the official site before you visit, as these vary by venue.
Do I need to print my tickets?
No. Each attraction requires a QR code scan — showing the code on your smartphone screen is sufficient. Keep your QR codes accessible and ensure your screen brightness is high enough to scan easily.
Is there an admission charge for young children?
Children under 6 may be charged an admission fee at certain attractions, depending on that venue's own policy. This is not covered by the pass and is payable directly at the gate.
What if an attraction is closed on the day I want to visit?
Opening hours and closure dates vary by venue. Check the official website before each visit to confirm the attraction is open on the day you plan to go.
