Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your ticket is delivered to your phone and can be scanned directly from your screen at the admissions desk.
My child is under 19 — do I still need to book a ticket for them?
Children under 19 enter free, but their free admission ticket must be collected in person at the museum on the day of your visit. You do not need to book a ticket for them in advance.
I am between 19 and 25. Can I get in free?
Yes. Visitors aged 19 to 25 receive free admission, but you must show a valid ID and collect your ticket onsite. This applies regardless of what ticket you have booked.
When is the museum free for everyone?
Admission is free every Friday evening from 5PM to 10PM, and on the second Sunday of every month. Last entry is always 30 minutes before closing.
