Can I visit the 102nd floor on a standard ticket?

No. The 102nd floor is only included with the combo ticket (86th and 102nd Floors). It is not accessible on a standard 86th floor admission ticket.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my visit?

The Empire State Building is open in all weather. In severe conditions, the outdoor areas may be temporarily closed for safety, but the indoor exhibits remain accessible. Heaters are provided on the 86th floor deck on cold days.
