About this experience
Edge is the highest outdoor sky deck in the Western Hemisphere, with a one-of-a-kind design. It’s suspended in mid-air, giving you the feeling of floating in the sky with 360-degree views you can’t get anywhere else. Look 100 stories down from the thrilling glass floor, lean out over the city on angled glass walls and sip champagne in the sky. You’ve never experienced New York like this before.
Why you'll love it
The highest outdoor sky deck in the Western Hemisphere
No other vantage point in the Americas puts you this far above the city, fully outdoors and exposed to the open air.
A glass floor that drops 100 storeys
Look straight down through your feet to the streets of Manhattan — a genuinely vertiginous moment that photographs can't prepare you for.
Angled glass walls that lean you over the city
Frameless panels tilt outward so you can press against the glass and feel suspended over the Hudson and the skyline below.
360-degree views with nothing in the way
The wedge-shaped deck juts out from the building, giving you clear sightlines to Midtown, Lower Manhattan, New Jersey and beyond.
Sunset visits worth planning around
The western exposure makes Edge one of the best spots in New York to watch the sun drop behind the Palisades — book early and choose a slot an hour before sunset.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to print my ticket or is a mobile ticket accepted?
A mobile ticket on your phone is accepted. No printing is needed.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my visit?
Edge is open in all normal weather conditions. If inclement weather forces part of the outdoor deck to close for safety, staff will advise you on conditions, visibility and your options before you go up.
What is the difference between General Admission, Flex Pass and Priority Access?
General Admission (pick slot) lets you choose a specific time when booking. General Admission (date only) gives you flexibility to arrive any time on your chosen date. The Flex Pass offers the most open-ended date flexibility. Priority Access gives you a faster entry lane — useful during busy periods and popular sunset slots.
Is there a last entry time I should be aware of?
The last elevator ride departs 50 minutes before closing. Opening hours can vary and may be extended on select dates, so check the official Edge website before your visit.
Is Edge suitable for children, and do they need a ticket?
Children under 6 enter free of charge. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Can I cancel my ticket if my plans change?
Cancellation terms depend on the ticket type selected. Please check the cancellation policy shown at checkout for the specific option you choose.
