The booking process was smooth and if I could give Bronx Zoo six stars I would. The whole team clearly loves what they do.
After reading a few reviews we decided to try Bronx Zoo and we had a great time with Bronx Zoo and would definitely recommend it. A couple of very small organisational hiccups but nothing major. Cannot wait to come back to New York.
If it is your first visit to New York, Bronx Zoo is a fantastic way to get your bearings. Would book again in a heartbeat.
Our guide made all the difference — the staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Bronx Zoo takes obvious pride in what they do.
We booked this on a whim and just a tiny bit of queueing at the start, but once we were in, Bronx Zoo was excellent throughout.
