No. Your mobile ticket is accepted at the entrance — a screenshot on your phone is fine.

Is the tour suitable for people with limited mobility or wheelchair users?

Unfortunately not. The route involves between 121 and 136 steps with no lifts or escalators, and some passages are narrow. Wheelchairs, walkers and strollers cannot be accommodated.

Is there a narrow tunnel I have to go through?

There is one short narrow tunnel on the route, but it is entirely optional. Your guide will let you know in advance and you can skip it without missing the rest of the tour.

How long does the tour last?

The underground tour itself takes approximately one hour, followed by a 20-minute visit to the Roman Theatre — around 80 minutes in total.

Can I bring my young child?

Children under 5 enter free of charge. Bear in mind that strollers are not permitted inside and must be left at the entrance, and the route involves a significant number of steps.
