- 1Present your mobile ticket at the park's direct-entry gate. For the Fireworks Special Viewing Event, exchange your ticket at the booth in front of the Panoramic View Venue (Map F-3, behind Carillon Fantasia) between 14:00 and 18:00 on the event day.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your mobile ticket is accepted at the gate — simply show it on your phone.
Can Japanese citizens use this ticket?
No. These tickets are valid for international (non-Japanese) travellers only and cannot be used by Japanese citizens.
What is the difference between the One-Day Passport and the After 3 PM Passport?
The One-Day Passport gives you access from the park's opening time. The After 3 PM Passport is a discounted option for entry from 15:00 onwards — ideal if you are visiting in the afternoon or evening.
Does the Fireworks Viewing ticket include park admission?
No. The Kyushu Fireworks Special Viewing Ticket covers your reserved panoramic seat only. You will need a separate park admission ticket to enter Huis Ten Bosch on the same day.
Where do I exchange my Fireworks Viewing ticket on the day?
Head to the exchange booth in front of the Panoramic View Venue (Map F-3, behind Carillon Fantasia). Exchange is available between 14:00 and 18:00; the viewing area opens at 15:30 and the event runs from 18:45 to 20:30.
Are children admitted free?
Children under 4 years old enter free of charge. Children aged 4 to 6 can purchase a Young Child ticket directly at the park. All children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
