Where do I board the bus?

You can board at any of the nine designated Red Loop stops. Bayside Marketplace (Stop 1) is the main hub and a convenient starting point, but there's no requirement to begin there.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No — a mobile ticket on your phone is accepted. Simply show the screen to the driver when you board.

What is the difference between the Discover and Essential/Explore tickets?

The Discover ticket covers 24 hours of hop-on hop-off travel on the Red Loop. The Essential and Explore tickets are both 48-hour passes; check the options grid at checkout for the precise inclusions of each, as they may differ in add-ons.

Is the night tour included in my daytime ticket?

The Night Tour (Blue Loop) is a separate ticket option. It departs at 8 PM from Bayside Marketplace and lasts approximately 75–90 minutes.

Are children allowed, and do they need a ticket?

Children under 3 travel free but are not entitled to a seat. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the upper deck accessible for wheelchair users?

The open-top upper deck of a double-decker bus is generally not wheelchair accessible. If you have specific accessibility requirements, contact the operator directly before booking to confirm what arrangements are available on the lower deck.
