Frequently asked questions
When will I receive my ticket?
You will receive a booking confirmation immediately after purchase. Your e-ticket will be sent separately by email approximately 3 days before the event (around 27–28 October 2026).
Do I need to print my ticket, or is a mobile ticket accepted?
A mobile ticket displayed on your phone is accepted. Printing is optional — just make sure your screen brightness is high enough for the scanner to read the barcode at the gate.
What is the difference between the grandstand options?
Grandstands N05A and N6A are positioned on the main circuit, offering views of the track's faster sections. N14 (Foro Sol South) and N15 (Foro Sol North) sit inside the converted Foro Sol stadium arena, where the circuit passes through the stands — widely regarded as one of the most spectacular viewing experiences in F1.
Does my pass cover all three days?
Yes. All tickets are 3-day passes, valid for Friday practice, Saturday qualifying, and Sunday's race.
What happens if there is a problem with my ticket at the gate?
Contact your point of purchase immediately on the same day — do not wait until after the session. Our support team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or amend my booking?
Cancellation and amendment policies for major sporting events are typically restrictive. Please review the cancellation terms shown at checkout before completing your purchase.
