How do I find out who my photographer is?

Once your booking is confirmed, a photographer is assigned to you within 24 hours. You'll receive their contact details by email and can then arrange the meeting time and location directly with them.

Can we shoot in more than one location?

It's possible, but not recommended. Moving between locations eats into your session time, so you'll get more shots by staying in one place. Your photographer can advise on the best single spot for the look you're after.

How many photos do we receive?

You receive 15 edited photos with the one-hour session and 20 edited photos with the two-hour session. All images are colour-corrected and delivered as high-resolution downloads.

How long does it take to get our photos after the shoot?

Within 24 hours of your shoot, you'll get an email alert when your photographer has uploaded the images. Browse and select your favourites, then download the edited versions once they're ready — typically within 24 hours of your selection.

Can more than two people join the session?

Yes — each booking covers a session for up to six people, so couples, families, and small groups are all welcome under a single booking.

Do I need to print a ticket or voucher?

No printed ticket is required. Simply bring your booking confirmation (on your phone is fine) and share it with your photographer if needed when you meet.
