Can I take photos of the penguins?
Flash photography and bright lights are strictly prohibited as they disorient and distress the penguins. Check the on-site guidelines on arrival for the current photography policy.

A mobile ticket displayed on your phone is accepted. Printing is not required, though you may bring a printed copy if you prefer.
What is the difference between the ticket options?
The Penguin Parade General Viewing ticket covers entry to the parade only. The Three-Park Pass adds the Koala Conservation Reserve and Churchill Island. Separate single-attraction tickets are also available for the Koala Reserve and Churchill Island if you are not attending the parade.
Is the experience suitable for very young children?
Yes. Children under 4 years old are admitted free of charge, and the tiered seating and ranger talk are designed to be accessible and engaging for families.
What happens if the weather is bad?
