No. You can present your booking confirmation on your mobile device. For the Prado and Reina Sofia you will need to exchange it at the ticket office; for the Thyssen it can be collected onsite.

Can I visit all three museums on the same day?

Yes, the card is valid for all three museums and you can visit them in any order on the day of your booking.

Is the Thyssen-Bornemisza open every day?

The Thyssen is closed on Mondays.

Are children admitted for free?
