Frequently asked questions
What are the weight and height limits?
Participants must weigh between 30 kg and 100 kg and stand between 90 cm and 200 cm tall. Anyone outside these ranges cannot ride for safety reasons.
Can children take part?
Children must be at least 7 years old to participate. Under-18s require a parent or guardian to sign a waiver on-site. Each paying adult may accompany up to four children under 12.
What is the difference between the day ride and the night ride?
The day ride offers open panoramic views across Cotai. The night ride adds LED lighting across the entire structure and a custom soundtrack, creating an audio-visual experience alongside the zipline itself.
What should I wear, and what can I bring?
Closed-toed shoes or trainers are required. Avoid dresses, skirts, high heels and flip-flops. Leave loose items — handbags, jewellery and headgear — behind or in a locker before you ride.
Are there medical conditions that could prevent me from riding?
Yes. Visit zipcity.com/medical-restrictions before booking to review the full list of participation conditions, particularly if you have heart, back or joint concerns.
Do I need to print my ticket?
A mobile ticket on your phone is accepted. Printing is not required, but having a screenshot saved offline is a sensible backup.
