Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the Bungy Jump and the Skyjump?
The Bungy Jump is a classic elastic-cord jump from 233 metres with free rebound. The Skyjump is a controlled descent — you fall at speed but are slowed by a wire system, landing gently on the ground. The Skyjump has a lower maximum weight limit (115 kg vs 135 kg for the Bungy).
Can I bring someone who does not want to jump?
Yes. Tower admission is included with every activity ticket, so non-participants can accompany you to the observation areas. They would need to purchase a standard tower entry separately if they are not on an activity ticket.
Are there weight or age restrictions I should know about?
The Bungy Jump and Tower Climb are open to ages 10 and above; the Skywalk from age 3. Weight limits vary: 40–135 kg for Bungy, up to 115 kg for Skyjump, and up to 135 kg for Skywalk and Tower Climb. Tandem Bungy has a combined maximum of 135 kg.
Do I need to declare a medical condition before I participate?
Yes. You must inform staff of any relevant conditions including high blood pressure, heart conditions, diabetes, pregnancy, epilepsy, dislocations, neurological disorders, and vertigo. Staff will advise on suitability.
What does the media package include and is it worth adding?
The media package captures your jump on video and in photos, giving you shareable footage of the moment. It is available as a separate ticket option for the Bungy Jump and Skyjump — select it at the time of booking if you want a record of the experience.
How do I know what time to arrive?
Your booking is slot-based, so your confirmation will specify your activity time. Check the official Skypark website for daily opening hours before your visit, as these can vary.
