Head to Kids' City inside City of Dreams Macau on Estrada do Istmo. Present your mobile ticket at the entrance at your chosen time slot. Arrive a few minutes early — last admission is one hour before closing.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your mobile ticket is accepted at the door — simply show it on your phone.
What should my child wear?
Children must wear long-sleeve shirts and long trousers that cover the ankles. Both children and adults must wear anti-slip socks. Guests without socks will not be permitted to enter.
Can my infant come in for free?
Yes. Children under one year old are admitted free of charge.
Does my child need to be supervised?
Children under five must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times inside Kids' City.
Are all the slides and attractions open?
Two slides are currently closed for facility upgrades: the 4.2m racing slide and the 5m vertical drop slide. All other zones remain open. Check the official Kids' City website for the latest attraction status and any age, height, or weight requirements.
Which time slots are available?
Sessions begin at 10:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 1:30 PM, 2:30 PM, 3:30 PM, 4:30 PM, and 5:00 PM. Each admission covers two hours. Last admission is one hour before closing.
