Frequently asked questions
What happens if Windsor Castle is closed on the day?
Windsor Castle is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. On those days, a guided walking tour of Windsor town is provided instead. If the State Apartments are closed for another reason, you may visit the Precincts, Queen Mary's Dolls' House, and the Drawings Gallery.
Can I visit St. George's Chapel on a Sunday?
St. George's Chapel is closed to general visitors on Sundays, though worshippers are welcome to attend services. If your tour falls on a Sunday, the chapel visit will not be included.
Is the Stonehenge audio guide included?
The audio guide is available via the free Stonehenge Audio Tour app, which you can download to your own device before the tour. It is not a separate paid item.
My child is under 3 — do I need to book a ticket?
Children under 3 are free of charge, but please note that no seat on the coach is provided for them.
Is there a Mandarin-language tour option?
Yes — Mandarin-language tours are available, including student and family package variants. Select the Mandarin option when booking.
What is the difference between the standard ticket and the 'Admission not included' option?
The standard ticket includes entry fees to all three attractions. The 'Admission not included' option covers the guided tour and transport only — useful if you already hold valid passes or memberships for the sites.
