Do I need to print my ticket or is mobile accepted?
A mobile ticket is accepted — simply show your booking confirmation on your phone at the entrance.
Will pre-booking let me skip the queue entirely?
Pre-booking means you can go straight to the visitor entrance rather than the general ticket queue. During peak periods some queuing at the door is still possible, but it is typically much shorter than for walk-up visitors.
Is the audio guide available for every session?
The multimedia audio guide is included with morning and afternoon admissions. It is not available during Wednesday Lates (4:30 PM–7:00 PM), which are a separate ticketed session.
What is the child admission policy?
Children under 6 enter free of charge. All visitors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Child tickets are not listed separately — check at the door for under-6 entry.
Can the Abbey be closed on the day of my visit?
