Which piers can I use with this ticket?
Your ticket is valid for travel between any piers within the zone you select — Central, East, or West. It is not valid on The O2 Express or West Zone services.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your mobile ticket is accepted on board — simply show it on your phone at the pier.
Can children travel for free?
Children under 5 travel free of charge. Children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Is the service wheelchair accessible?
All Thames Clippers boats are fully wheelchair accessible. Most piers are also accessible, with the exception of Cadogan Pier, Wandsworth Riverside Quarter Pier, and London Bridge City Pier.
