Can I access the lounge before I go through security?

No. The lounge is located in the airside restricted area of Terminal 5, so you must complete passport control and security screening before entering. Transit passengers must clear transit customs and security first.

Can I bring my children?

Children under 2 are admitted free of charge. Children aged 2–11 are welcome but must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+) at all times, and they cannot use any massage or spa services if offered. All under-18s must be with a paying adult.

Are all drinks included, or will I need to pay extra?

Coffee, tea, water and soft drinks are included in your admission. Certain alcoholic beverages may carry an additional charge payable at the lounge.

Is the shower included in the admission price?
