Where exactly do I meet the tour?

Victoria Coach Station on Buckingham Palace Road. For the 07:45 departure go to Gates 18–20; for the 13:00 departure go to Gate 0. Allow a few minutes to find the right gate.

What happens if it rains?

The bus has an open top, so you may get wet if it rains. On rare occasions the operator will substitute a closed-top bus. Bringing a waterproof layer is strongly recommended.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No — a mobile ticket displayed on your phone is accepted. Printing is optional.

Can I add the London Eye on the day, or does it need to be booked in advance?

The London Eye option needs to be selected at the time of booking. It cannot be added on the day of the tour.
