Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Your ticket is delivered to your smartphone and can be scanned directly from your screen at the main entrance.

Where exactly is the entrance?

The main entrance is on Outer Circle in Regent's Park. The nearest tube station is Camden Town (Northern line), roughly a 10-minute walk away.

Can I cancel if my plans change?

Cancellation terms depend on the option selected at checkout. Check the cancellation policy shown on the booking page before you confirm.

Is London Zoo accessible for wheelchair users?

Much of the zoo is accessible, though some older buildings and pathways may present challenges. ZSL publishes a dedicated accessibility guide on their website, and it's worth reviewing this before your visit.

How long should I allow for a visit?

Most visitors spend around four to six hours to see the main attractions, catch a couple of talks, and have a break. A full day gives you the most flexibility.

Are there feeding sessions I can plan around?

Yes — keeper talks and feeding sessions run throughout the day. A daily schedule is posted at the zoo entrance and on the ZSL website so you can plan your route.
