Frequently asked questions
Can I hop on and off at different stops along the route?
No — this is not a hop-on hop-off tour. Your ticket covers one complete loop of the route. The bus pauses at stops along the way but you remain on board for the full journey.
Will there definitely be a live guide on my departure?
English-speaking live guides are present on most departures but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for every bus. If a guide is not on board, the tour still operates.
Is the night tour the same route as the day tour?
Yes, the route covers the same landmarks. The evening departure gives you a very different perspective as the monuments are illuminated after dark.
My child is under 5 — do I need to buy them a ticket?
Children under 5 travel free of charge. Please note that no seat is provided for them, so they will need to sit on a parent or guardian's lap.
Are there toilet facilities on the bus or during the tour?
There are no breaks during the tour and no on-board facilities. The nearest free public washrooms are at Waterloo Station, close to the departure point.
Do I need to print my ticket or can I show it on my phone?
A mobile ticket is accepted — simply present your booking confirmation on your phone at the bus stop.
