No. Simply show your smartphone ticket at the stadium entrance — a printed copy is not required.

Can I turn up at any time, or do I need to arrive at a set hour?

Tours depart every 30 minutes, so you can arrive and join the next available slot. The last tour departs at 15:00, and last admission is one hour before closing.

Is the tour suitable for young children?

Yes. Children under 5 enter free but require a free ticket booked in advance. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour.

Can I store my luggage at the stadium?

No storage facilities are available on-site. Suitcases and large bags are not permitted inside the stadium or museum, so plan accordingly.

Is the stadium accessible for wheelchair users?

The audio guide is available in British Sign Language. For specific accessibility requirements, we recommend contacting the stadium directly before your visit.

What happens if there is a match day — can I still visit?

Self-guided tours run on non-match days only. Check the opening hours when booking: Monday–Thursday 09:30–18:00, Friday 10:00–16:00, Saturday 09:20–13:00, and Sunday 10:00–16:00.
