Where do I board the bus?

You can board at any of the 29 designated stops on either route. The main hub is Marquês de Pombal, but there is no obligation to start there — join wherever is most convenient.

When does my pass start — from midnight or from first use?

Your pass activates from the moment you first board the bus, not from midnight. A 24-hour pass, for example, is valid until the same time the following day.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Your mobile ticket is accepted directly from your phone. It is worth downloading the operator app in advance, as this also gives you access to the audio guide and live route information.

How many times can I board during my pass period?

Unlimited times. Hop on and off as often as you like across both routes for the full duration of your chosen pass.

Is this suitable for young children?

Yes. Children under 6 travel free of charge, though they will not have a dedicated seat. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

How do I access the audio guide?

Download the operator app before your tour. The commentary is available in English, Spanish, French, Italian, and German and streams as you travel between stops.
