Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your mobile ticket is accepted at the entrance — simply show the QR code on your phone.
When are the feeding shows?
The pelican feeding show runs daily at 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. The crocodile feeding show takes place Fridays to Sundays at 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Is there a ticket for children?
Children under 2 years old enter free of charge. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
What time does the park close, and when is last entry?
Last admission is 30 minutes before closing time. During Ramadan (2–30 March 2025), the park opens at 8:30 AM and last entry is at 4:00 PM.
Which ticket type should I select — Malaysian or non-Malaysian?
Choose the Malaysian Citizen ticket if you hold Malaysian citizenship; all other visitors should select the Non-Malaysian Citizen option. You may be asked to show ID at the gate.
