- 1For Langkawi departures, make your way to the Telaga Harbour private terminal. Present your mobile or printed ticket and passport at check-in. For Koh Lipe departures, proceed to Pattaya Beach pier. Arrive at least 1 hour before your scheduled departure to allow time for immigration processing and boarding.

- A passport with at least 6 months' validity is required for this international crossing.
- Nationals who need a visa for Thailand or Malaysia must arrange it before travel — it cannot be obtained on board.
- Arrive at the terminal at least 1 hour before departure for immigration and boarding.
- Bring 200 THB in cash for the Koh Lipe National Park fee, payable on arrival at Koh Lipe.
- The service runs seasonally: late October to late May only. Travel outside these dates is not possible on this route.
- Children under 3 travel free but are not allocated a seat.
