The pass is valid from the moment you exchange it until the last tram of that same day. Attraction discounts are also only valid on that date.
How do I book the bicycle rental — do I need an appointment?
No appointment is needed, but numbers are limited. You can make an advance reservation if you'd prefer certainty. Rental reception runs from 09:00 to 15:00 (bikes available until 17:00, or 10:00–17:00 in winter).
What are the footbath hours at Arashiyama Onsen Station?
The footbath is open 09:00–20:00 with last entry at 19:30. Hours are reduced in winter, so check on the day if you're visiting between December and February.
Is the TOEI Kyoto Studio Park option suitable for children?
Yes — there is a dedicated youth ticket for ages 12–17. Check the ticket options when booking to select the right age category.
Can I cancel my booking if my plans change?
